Puppet MUSCLES

This is great Lee!  I'm really interested in making my own line of custom m.u.s.c.l.e. inspired figures.  Do you have any pointers?  I'm thinking Zbrush to 3D printing.  Do you recommend any services in particular?  I'm guessing to keep costs down, making a mold is probably the best way to go?  I know nothing about that / PolyUr Rubber, etc.  I really want that old school flesh style, but I havent really seen that color in any printing service.  Any pointers would be appreciated.  Happy to take it offline too if you're able to provide any information.  Cheers.
